Ummm... wow?

Ok, so seriously I have issues with blogging! I do it for a little bit and then I get so busy crazy that I forget to do it again! But AGAIN I am actually going to try to do it now! So the summer was great and I had a blast but I was actually pretty ready to be back in Brazil with my parents!

So since I have been back in Brasil!! School has started and POOF!! Im in high school!! I love it! Sure there is an unreasonable amount of homework, and boys are still immature, but its a lot more serious and I love all my teachers! I am on the Varsity soccer team and we are 2-1 in our season so far. I am loving being able to play agian, seriously, i don't know how I've survived the last 6 months without soccer! It is just my passion! I am taking flute lessons as well as teaching a student of my own! Seminary started and I am LOVING it! It is just such a great way to start out the morning and just have those thoughts running through your head all day.

This last weekend I went to the mall with a couple of my friends and we had a blast! These malls are ridiculously expensive but its so fun to look around and yes my friends did do some shopping! We went to the cutest little cafe where you could see and awesome view of the city! I have also gone to the beach where it was a beautiful day and I realized how much I missed it!

So if your wondering, YES! I miss Wendy's, YES!!! I miss Amanda being here with me, YES!! I miss my fabulous ward in Bountiful (Holly thats for you-I wove woo :)) YES!! I am happy to be with my parents again, YES!! I miss the rest of my family too, especially my nephew and YES!! I am so happy to be back in Brasil being apart of this wonderful missionary service.

Three More Days!!!

Yes, thats right only three more days until I get on that plane!! Its been a very busy few weeks, but Im getting packed and ready to go! This week we went to the Sound of Music in Portugues this week! (A Novica Rebelde) It was very good and we had a blast! Yesterday, we had a going away party for Amanda since she will not be returning, and that was really fun. Then today was Amanda's graduation!! WOO HOO! Congrats to her! There were speeches for about three hours and diplomas presented for about 25 minutes so.. go figure. It was pretty cool at the end cause They had this big thing of balloons and confetti drop on all the graduates so that was awesome! Then they started throwing/drinking champange and I was forcefully reminded I'm not in Utah. But it was very fun!

I`m in love. I know I am too young but its true. Matt Damon and the movie Pride & Prejudice have taken over my heart. Matt Damon is pretty much one of the coolest people EVER! How do you kill a guy with a magazine when he has a knife? Genius. And Pride & Prejudice with Keira Knightly... words cannot express. Although we are quite put out because we just bought the movie here and it cut out the ending where he calls her Mrs. Darcy! Yes, the cutest part of the whole movie. It just ends with the Dad laughing. It says its the "U.S. ending!" Pfsh! Well, the next post I will be in Utah!! AH!

Weekend Fun!!

I made it through another week of school!! It was actually better than usual and Friday me and my friends were singing "You Raise Me Up" in Portugues!!! (Voce Me Levanta!) After school Mom, Amanda, and I went out for some girls time!! We got manicures and pedicures which were about 30 dollars all together!! Pretty cheap! We then went and got some Chinese food from China in Box (not China in A box) which was pretty yummy!

Saturday we celebrated Mom & Dads aniversary, and Amanda's Graduation! We went to an Italian building that is supposedly the tallest building in Sao Paulo! It had an amazing view and we also at lunch! You could see the skyscrapers jetting out in every direction for miles! It was amazing! We then went and walked around a little market and we all got different things: T-shirst, jewelry, and just random stuff! Coming home it took almost 1 hour and 1/2 to go 6 miles but we got there!! Mom and I made cookies and banana bread for the missioaries and then we watch the Bourne Supremecy. I officially have issues with these movies because I understand anout 30% and then I am just lost! The fightings cool but I don't understand anything about Treadstone and what happened! But it was a very relaxing weekend!

Again, I am just amazed at how fast time goes by! Two weeks from Tuesday we will be taking our flight out of Sao Paulo to Georgia to Utah! I am just shocked! I really love it here and I'm already telling people about all the stuff I'm gonna miss for the two months I will be in Utah for! Most of all: my parents! :( But I can't wait to see all my family and friends!! Its going to be a great summer!!

Little 8 & Stuff!

So this last week I drove for about 314239084 hours to get to a camp for my Volleyball tournament which is called Little 8! Its in the hills (there aren't really mountains) of Brasil and its very pretty! We played 5 games total over 3 days and we won 2 and lost 3. Needless to say we are horrible but it was fun to meet new people and just chill. My favorite part was the night where 4 of my friends and I spent probably about 2 hours in front of the bathroom mirror, with hair brushes and shampoo bottles for microphones, singing at the top of our lungs every song we knew! It was a blast and I also lost my voice! We ended up getting 7th place out of 8 but we were actually really happy!

I got back on Saturday just in time for mothers day! I spent a couple hours making a card for my mommy dear and I think it was a success! Then I had made her a ceramic candle holder in my pottery class, and it was very cute if I say so myself! :) Amanda, Dad and I made Mom dinner and then we got to talk to Greg!!! Elder Jackson I mean! He just gives me the chills everytime he started to talk and I MISS HIM SO MUCH! I can't wait until he comes and makes me unlonely once Manda leaves me! :( :'( School is lame! I just had a math test, science test, had to write 2 essays and a research paper, a singing assesment today alone so its been a little busy!

Also, a happy moment of my blog! My parents said that if I practice my flute everyday for 100 days then I can spend $200 on an iPod!! I am planning on an iPod touch so I am very excited!! :) Can't wait to be in Utah! :)

I'm Horrible!!

Im sorry!! I am just horrible at updating my blog! I have been told by some people (Joy) so I am gonna try to update it every week! Things are continuing to be great here! School.... is school what do ya expect?! But I am on the volleyball team and the futsal team! I have a volleyball and futsal game on Tuesday and on Wednesday I leave for a 4-day tournament in Campinas! (4 hours away:() But Brasil has continued to be amazing and I really do love it here. It'll be really hard when the time comes after 3 years to leave!

So I am very VERY excited to be going back to Utah!! I will be in Utah June 3rd and for the first few weeks I will just be hanging out. Then the 4th week I will go to girls camp, then right after that, to EFY, then to the Jonas Brothers concert :), and then that week TODD AND JOY AND ZACK WILL BE LIVING WITH ME!! I have already called Zack for the whole week! By the way guys I am dying to see you guys i miss you too much! Then I have another 3 weeks just to chill and hang out! Then I think I fly out of Utah on the 2nd of August to California with my Grandma! We are going to the Hollywood Bowl! Then 24 hours later we fly for Brasil!! (31 more days) A friend and I are doing a countdown!

Busy Busy!!

Wow! its been forever since my last post but I'll just do a quick recap of everything! Todd, Joy, and Zack came and it was a blast!! We went on a lot of fun trips together and the time together was amazing! Kierstin from our ward came and that was also a lot of fun! The Reynolds from our ward are also here now and we are having a blast together!! I AM SO EXCITED because I am coming home for sure in the summer! I am going to EFY with my friend Makenna, family reunion, hopefully flaming gorge, and girls camp!! I'll probably be in Utah for most of June and July! I am so excited to see all my family and friends again!

So pretty much life now is school, volleyball, and of course misssionaries! I made the volleyball team and I love playing and I love my team! The missionaries are wonderful as always and they make all the hardships and challenges worth it! School is just school and I have a little less than 3 months of it left! I am loving Brasil and the people more and more and am really trying with the language and am happy to say that its easier to communicate with the natives! Life is going great!

5 MORE DAYS!!!!

5 more days until Todd, Joy, and Zack get here!!!!! I am so excited to see my family! There are hard things about moving but missing family is the hardest! Cam comes on the 20th with is in 11 days!!! I have had all this figured out for a while!! I cannot wait to hold my little baby nephew for the first time!! I already called dibs on Zack in the car on the way home!!! And no Amanda, seniority means NOTHING!!! He is mine!!! :)
